CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
A valid credit card is required for payment or to guarantee a reservation.
BOOKING BY FAX RESERVATION FORM
To guarantee a reservation, credit cards details held by The Aspasia Phuket will only be debited should one or more of the following conditions occur, or unless advised by the resort at the time of booking.
Low Season Period
Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival - no charge
Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge.
No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
High Season Period
Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival - no charge
Cancellations less than 7 days, but more than 3 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge
Cancellations less than 3 days but more than 1 day prior to arrival - 50% of full duration charge
No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
Peak Season Period
Cancellations more than 1 month prior to arrival - no charge
Cancellations less than 1 month but more than 15 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge
Cancellations less than 15 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of full duration charge
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
Check-in and Check-out
Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
Family Plan
No charge will apply for children of 12 years or under, sharing the parent’s room and utilizing existing bedding. Maximum two children per room. If an additional bed is required, the standard extra bed charge will apply.

Don't be put off by the pictures on the website, the Mayan architecture grows on you, and it is a refreshing change from the thai style hotels or the super ultra modern looks that most other hotels in Patong/Kata/Karon area has. Note that the hotel is sited up on a hill which is quite a hike! It was no problem for us, since we rented a car, and din't have the climb. I am quite sure I would be cursing if I had to! The bathrooms are great, and the rooms are large. I stayed at room 1232, which was right at the end, and the sea view was more of a jungle view than anything else. Free wifi is only available at the lobby and breakfast cafe, and not in the rooms.

Beautiful spot and amenities. Excellent food. Above a beautiful beach. The included breakfast was wonderful. The pool attendant was amazing. The spa was small, but one of the best I've been too. You have not lived until you have had their synchronized 4 hand massage. Hotel transport is pricey, but excellent as well.
