This hotel is located at the end of a soi just 150 meters from the beach. It's a 5 minute walk to soi Bangla and about 12 minutes to Jongceylon Shopping Center. Hotel is less than a year old and have a modern design. Rooms have a quite ac, comfortable beds, 32 inch lcd cable tv, stocked mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities, safety box, hair dryer, two free bottles of water daily. Two imac computers in the lobby for your internet use and hotel has free wi-fi throughout building but did not try to use the wi-fi in my room. All the staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcome you back whenever you return. No coffee shop at this hotel but along the soi to this hotel are many places to dine and shop. The popular Sabai Sabai resturant is on this soi and around the corner on the beach road is a Watson's drugstore, Mcdonalds, Starbucks, post office and many places to enjoy a great meal. I enjoyed my one week stay at this hotel and will return on my next trip to Phuket.

Location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything in patong. And very very close to beach. 

But forget about sleeping after 9.00 am because it gets very noisy because of the market and the constructions near. 

Room was clean but the location of bathroom was very disturbing because it is very close to the bed.
